Recognition of Entities to Receive Vaulta Foundation Assets  Resolved Clauses:  This MSIG recognizes the VST/VS LLC structure and authorizes settlor participation and preparatory access steps. Asset transfers shall occur only upon separate and specific authorization.  RESOLVED, that the active block producers of the Vaulta Network hereby recognize and authorize the Vaulta Stewardship Trust (“VST”), a Texas statutory trust pursuant to the Texas Business Organizations Code, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Vaulta Stewardship LLC (“VS LLC”), a Texas Limited Liability Company pursuant to the Texas Business Organizations Code, as the governance and stewardship structure authorized to receive and administer Stewardship Assets pursuant to valid MSIG approvals transferred from the Trust Settlor pursuant to the “vstcreation” MSIG previously executed by the active block producers, Vaulta Stewardship Trust Agreement, and Vaulta Stewardship LLC Agreement.   vstcreation MSIG: 08f7eac07cf3dba2f529617ec827f866a497619ddda4645ee92d29c488dc59de  Vaulta Stewardship Trust Travis County, Texas, United States of America File Number: N/A Formation Date: February 13th, 2026  Vaulta Stewardship LLC Travis County, Texas, United States of America File Number: 806443130 Registration Date: February 13th, 2026  Associated Vaulta Network account to transfer MSIG authority: prods@eosio  Vaulta Stewardship LLC is recognized as the operational entity wholly owned by the VST and authorized to hold bank accounts and administer operational functions pursuant to the LLC Operating Agreement.  FURTHER RESOLVED, that the active block producers of the Vaulta Network approve the VST to submit the Formation Memorandum to Yves La Rose and the Vaulta Foundation, which includes the full legal name, jurisdiction, registration date, state registration number, EIN (if applicable), public registration link (if applicable), registered agent address, and current trustees/directors of the entities.  FURTHER RESOLVED, the active block producers authorize the Vaulta Foundation, a 525 - Canadian non-profit corporation with registered offices at 525 - 8th Avenue SW, 43rd Floor, Calgary AB T2P 1G1, to act as Trust Settlor solely for purposes of contributing Stewardship Assets pursuant to this MSIG and any subsequent Asset Transfer documentation.  Oversight Committee RESOLVED, that Dario Cesaro (EOS Support), shall be removed from the Oversight Committee (“OC”). FURTHER RESOLVED, that Ross Dold (EOSphere) shall serve the remainder of Dario Cesaro’s Initial Term as a member of the OC.
